New Student Registration
Welcome to our Fremont family! If you have just moved into the area, please fill out the MPS Registration paperwork (click Red button above) and mail, fax, email or bring them in to our office:
Also, please make sure to provide us with the following documents:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Proof of Immunizations
- Proof of Residency (i.e. utility or phone bill, rental agreement, etc.)
Then, fill out your class/elective choices (available in Front Office)

We offer open enrollment for families who may live outside of our school boundaries. Please fill out the following form:
SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST POLICY
The Counseling Department will only consider schedule change requests when:
An Incorrect placement by grade or course level was made
An incomplete schedule was written
Requests to change teachers, lunches and electives cannot be considered.
Dropping from any honors courses requires a meeting with the teacher and parent/guardian.
