Medication at School:
If your child needs to take a prescription drug or over-the-counter medications, the following procedure must be followed:
- The medication must come in its original container and be kept with the school's health office personnel.
- The parent must provide written and signed directions to the school so that the medication can be administered.
Students will be called into the health office during the day to take medication.
If your child is sent home with a fever, the child must be fever free without medication for 24 hours before returning to school.
