This is a space to help you work through difficult situations and to help you manage your emotions.  Your feelings are valid and sometimes you just need to take time for yourself to collect your thoughts and feelings to calm down.  You can see that there are a lot of ways to help you calm your thoughts.  Please utilize what is most helpful for you!
