Hello!  My name is Cristi Brimley.  I am happy to be teaching 6th grade this year at Hale!  I attended Eastern Arizona College and received an associate's degree in business.  I then enrolled at ASU and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Bilingual Education.  I completed my student teaching in a bilingual first grade classroom in Phoenix.   I returned to ASU to finish a master's degree in Administration in 2003 and also completed an administrative internship.  I have a science endorsement and speak fluent Spanish.

I have been an employee of Mesa Public Schools since 1996.  I started out as an ESL (English as a Second Language) assistant in a 3rd grade classroom at Roosevelt Elementary.   Since becoming a teacher, I have taught 1st grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade and 6th grade.

Lunt's DairyI was raised on a dairy/ranch in a rural town on the Arizona/New Mexico border.  I learned the value of hard work and had many valuable experiences there.   I love to read Louie L’Amour books, camp, fish, and spend time outdoors.  I also love to quilt and make clothes for my children.

Hale is a special place and I am proud to be a Hero!
