           Welcome to room 14!  It has been a great year, and the students are working hard.  They are excited about learning and have enthusiasm about life!  They are a wonderful group of kids.

           This is my fifth year teaching and love it.  I have taught both second and third grades, and this year I am teaching both.  I received my Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in Elementary Education and also have my ESL endorsement.  

            I am a native of Arizona.  I was born in Mesa and went to school in the Mesa Publice School District.  So Hawthorne feels like home to me!  I am married and have one daughter who is 5.  We love doing activities outdoors like biking, hiking, and swimming.
