Welcome! I am the school psychologist at Highland Elementary and Franklin at Brimhall. This is my sixth year working for Mesa Public Schools and I truly enjoy working with students, parents and teachers!

Highland: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Franklin at Brimhall: Monday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon

District Support: Monday morning and Wednesday morning, Friday as needed

I completed my undergraduate work at East Carolina University, in Greenville, NC, where I obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Criminal Justice. I completed my graduate work at Western Carolina University, in Cullowhee, NC, where I earned my Specialist in School Psychology (S.S.P.). I moved to Arizona in May 2010 and completed my year long internship in a high school setting.

I am a certified school psychologist in the state of Arizona and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NSCP). I am a member of the Arizona Association of School Psychologists (AASP) and the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). Additionally, this is my third year serving as the Professional Development Chairperson for the Arizona Association of School Psychologists (AASP); however, this year, I am lucky enough to have a Co-Chair, who also works for MPS.

Personal Life
My husband, Shaun and I, have been married since December 2012. We live in Gilbert with our three cats and dog. We enjoy road trips, hiking and relaxing. In my spare time, I love to read, browse Pinterest and watch Netflix.

Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.

I look forward to working with your child!
