Fingerprinting Information for Teachers and Certificated Staff

Arizona law requires certificated employees to maintain a valid fingerprint clearance card during the period of the certificate. This is not optional. 

Mesa Public Schools works in coordination with the Arizona Department of Education to insure that all certificated employees, including substitute teachers, possess a valid fingerprint clearance card to be in compliance with A.R.S 15-534.

Your fingerprint card must have an IVP # across the bottom of your current and valid card.
