iVisions Pay Portal

Registering to use iVisions pay portal for the first time will need to be done by using a district computer.   Once you are at a district computer log into the employee portal website at  Again this must be done from a district computer for the first time.


Once you are at the website follow the steps below: 


1. Select the red box that says iVisions Employee Web Portal

2. In the upper right hand corner of your screen select Login

3. Enter your user name and password (the same as you set up for your active directory)

4. Complete the questionnaire and select register

5. On the confirmation page, verify the information is correct. Then select the link tab on the bottom of the page.

6. On the home screen, under the Pay/Tax Information section select employee pay



District computers can be accessed when you are at a school on a sub assignment, or you are more than welcome to come to the HR department and use the computers in the lobby on the 2nd floor to do this.

Logging into SmartFind Express
With the new update to SmartFindExpress we are now required to take one extra step when signing in online.  You will still use your Access ID and Pin, but you must select the “I’m not a robot” feature and follow the reCAPTCHA steps to log in.  You will not be able to log into the system without doing this extra step.   Thank you!

TimeClock Plus (TCP)

2017-2018 Substitute Teacher Pay Rates

Regular Daily Rate
Substitute Teachers will begin on tier 1 at the beginning of each school year.

tier 1  -  0.5 to 45 days worked      -  $90 a day
tier 2  -  45.5 to 90 days worked    -  $95 a day
tier 3  -  90.5 to 135 days worked  -  $100 a day
tier 4  -  135.5 or more days          -  $105 a day

Assignments 4.5 hours and less are considered a half day and will be paid at half the daily rate.

Long-Term w/Substitute Certificate
Beginning day 21
Half Day = $65.00
Full Day = $130.00

Long-Term w/Teaching Certificate
Beginning day 21
Half Day = $83.50
Full Day = $167.00
