No video or sound in Webex?

To clarify the previous email, the issues Cox and other Internet Service Providers are experiencing will affect Webex classes and meetings. Users may be missing video or having issues with sound, which is due to low bandwidth. These issues may be indicated by an orange triangle in the corner of the staff/student tile, as seen in the example below.

As this is an internet provider issue, MPS Helpdesk will not be able to assist with this issue.
