The Mesa Public Schools Art Masterpiece Program is an art appreciation program offered to elementary children by trained parent volunteer guides. The guides lead discussions about famous paintings in school classrooms once every two weeks averaging 6 to 8 times, January through May. Each visit lasts 15-20 minutes. The art reproductions used in the program represent a variety of artists and periods of art.
If you are interested in becoming a guide for this program, check in at the office to get contact information for our school's program coordinator.
