Mr. Randy Mann
This is my 20th year teaching in Mesa Public Schools. My tenth year at Johnson.
I have been married to my beautiful wife Arlinda for 18 years and have two beautiful daughters, Abigail and Grace. Abigail is 14 and is starting 9th grade at Red Mountain High. Grace is my youngest at 8. She is looking forward to being in 3rd grade this year at Johnson.
I became a teacher because I wanted to make a positive impact in the lives of the students I am fortunate enough to teach. I believe one way to do that is by making sure they are prepared academically. That is my main goal! I look forward to working with students, parents, and other staff members to achieve this goal.
Johnson is a great place to teach and learn. I enjoy the students, parents, and staff at this school and I look forward to teaching here for many years.
Anyone who knows me knows I like to garden! I have tried a variety of gardening techniques over the years to include: Hydroponics, Aquaponics, Square Foot, Three Sisters, African Bag, Bucket, Traditional, Container and Raised Bed. Gardening in Arizona can be a humbling experience! I enjoy talking about gardening with anyone. I especially enjoy hearing about other peoples gardens. So, let me know how you grow!
