General Music
The general music program is offered once a week to K-6th grade. It is a hands-on, activity-based program, which teaches musical concepts through playing, moving, singing, listening, reading, and writing. Choir is offered as an after-school extra-curricular activity.

Band

Welcome to the wonderful world of instrumental music at Keller. We have a pullout program for 5th and 6th grade students. We meet twice a week for thirty minutes at a time. The majority of our students rent instruments at local music stores. The book we use for both grades is "Standard for Excellence" Book One. This is a great place for your child to begin the long and happy journey into instrumental music.

Orchestra
4th, 5th and 6th grade students are taught how to play the stringed instruments--violin, viola, cello, and bass. The orchestra program is elective. Students are pulled out of their classrooms twice a week for thirty-minute group lessons. Students also present concerts several times a year.
