Facilitate groups	Confer with students individually

Coordinate Diversity Appreciation events	Attend parent/teacher/student conferences
Help student	Help student identify positive traits to enhance self-esteem
Confer with parents about concerns they have with their child	Help teachers with ideas for student success in school
Coordinate activities designed to acquire CCBG competencies	Assist in proper course selection
Coordinate peer mediation program	Identify resources for support
Facilitate Take Charge Program	Inform students about jobs through Mesa Youth Placement
