PARENT PORTAL:

Come get your activation key to have access to your student's grades through the Parent Portal! This is an internet-based program that has up-to-date information about your child's progress in school. It also has homework assignments and due dates! You need to come into the school to receive your activation key, this is for security purposes to avoid unauthorized access. But, once you have activated your account, you can see your child's grades at any time from any internet access. Or, if you don't have internet access, we have computers set-up in the Parent Resource Office #35 that you may come and look up your child's grades. Feel free to come by and get acquainted with the program!

We are located in Office # 35 (Across from the Attendance Window). Our Parent Resource Room has available resources for you and your family. We also can help you get your activation key and/or get started with Parent Portal! We also can help you with Community Resource Information.

Community Resource Information:

Parent University Classes - These are FREE classes focusing on parenting issues ranging from helping your child with focus and/or study problems, to parenting gifted children. Register at: http://www.mpsaz.org/parentu/registration/reg_form

Wellness Clinic - Mesa Public Schools offers this medical service to the parents of uninsured students. Your student can access medical care provided by two Banner Hospital Nurse Practitioners at the Mesa Education Center (formerly Powell Jr. High School). This clinic offers sports physicals, well-child checks and minor illnesses including asthma. They are open Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The referral must be made through the Kino Health Office. For further information, please call the Kino Health Office @ 472-2420.
