Registration

If your child is new to Mesa Public Schools you will need to provide the following documentation to register at Lincoln.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • Proof of Residency - this may be in the form of a utility bill, rental agreement or mortgage statement

To qualify for our kindergarten program your child must be 5 years old by or before August 31.  If your child will turn 5 between September 1st and December 31st he/she may qualify for other programs within Mesa Public Schools.  Please call the office at (480) 472-6400 for more information.
