Longfellow is a uniform school. All students are expected to be dressed in uniforms daily.
1) Red, White or Blue tops--Polo shirt style—with no emblem
2) Navy blue bottoms--shorts, skorts, pants (jeans, basketball shorts, sweat pants and leggings are not allowed)
3) Black jeans are permitted
4) No flip flops—girls sandals must have a strap.
Healthier Generation Bronze Winner!
Longfellow received the bronze medal from the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. Way to go Falcons!
Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant
Longfellow is applying for the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant for the 2021-2022 school year. This grant will benefit students and families with academic, enrichment and social and emotional support. As we learn more we will continue to keep our community informed. Thank you for your continuous support!
Bell-The bell rings at 8:10 a.m. Students should be in their classroom by this time.
**Students are to arrive on campus at 8:05 a.m.** Students that arrive on campus earlier, without previous arrangements, will be asked to come to the office and parents will be contacted.
Dismissal will be at 2:45 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Early Release Wednesdays at 12:45 p.m.
Changes in the way students get home daily must be cleared through the office.
