Welcome to Ms. Little's Third Grade
Room: D4

Dear Fourth Grader,

Welcome to fourth grade!  My name is Ms. Little and I will be your teacher at MacArthur Elementary.  I am thrilled to teach fourth grade and I know from experience that fourth grade is an exciting year.

There are going to be many fun changes like art class, orchestra, and recess at the “older kids” playground.  You will get to use a calculator and present oral reports to your class.  All in all, you are now part of the upper elementary students at MacArthur and will get to enjoy many experiences.

For those of you who do not know me yet, I love being a teacher and spend many hours at school.  When I have some time for myself, I enjoy hiking, reading, and traveling.  I have traveled to many countries, some of which I will tell you about.  I cannot wait to hear all about you and your favorite things to do.

Your new room number will be D4.  You and your family are invited to come meet me and see your new classroom at “Meet Your Teacher Day” on Monday, August 06, 2018 from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.  Our first day of school is on Wednesday August 08, 2018.  Our day will begin at 8:20 A.M. and we will have an early dismissal at 1:55 P.M.  I am so looking forward to meeting you and I am excited for a great school year!

Sincerely,

Ms. Little
