Parents and authorized adults are welcome on campus. State law requires that visitors report to the office and sign in and out. They must also pick up a Visitor badge at that time. The badge must be worn at all times on our campus. Parents are asked not to bring preschoolers or other children during classroom visits. Younger children can distract both the visitor and the class. Because teachers must give their full attention to their students, we also ask that you arrange conferences outside school hours rather than when you visit the classroom.
Student visitors are not allowed at Mendoza during school hours, primarily because they require attention that could better be directed to current Mendoza students.
