Dear Parents,

I would like to welcome you and your child to a new and exciting year at Mendoza Elementary School. I am excited to meet you. 

Mesa School District supplies all of its students with the necessary materials for school.  However, as the children gain a little independence they like to pick out some of their own school supplies. If your family would like to donate items for your child’s desk, a list of recommended items follows: 

*A small pack of crayons (8-24)

*A small pencil box or pouch

*A poly pocket folder (homework folder)

*A few red pens

*Pencils and erasers

If you would like to donate any items to the class we could use the following:

*1-2 ream(s) of white or color copy paper 

*1-2 box(es) of tissues/Kleenex

*1-2 extra poly pocket folders

Please note that student desks have limited space inside. Our textbooks will take up most of that space.
