Counseling Department
Making an appointment
We encourage our students to build life skills by making and keeping appointments with us. Students can make appointments through our Counseling Department before school, during lunch or after school. Parents/guardians can call/e-mail us directly for an appointment or call 480.472.5918.
Start with our teacher(s)
If the school year is underway and your question or concern is regarding a particular class; teacher; or a grade, you need to contact the teacher(s) first. You can find our teacher’s e-mails and phone numbers on our web site here: http://www2.mpsaz.org/mesa/staff/
We also encourage you to use Parent/Student Experience to monitor your child's grades, attendance and other education-related information. If you need a My MPS account, please see Mrs. Timpauer in our registration office to pick up your activation key.
Contact your student's counselor for needs related to your child's social, emotional, or academic well being.Students are assigned counselors based on the first letter of their last name as follows. They may, however, work with any counselor of their choice. The counselor is trained to help you with personal problems or any issues that may arise at school. Your counselor will serve as a support system, both emotionally and academically, until you leave Mesa High School.
