I grew up in the exotic land of Mesa, Arizona. I graduated from Westwood High School (don’t hold it against me) in 2001, then attended Brigham Young University, where I studied Theatre Arts Education. After graduating from BYU, I taught drama and technical theatre at a performing arts Jr. High in St George, Utah. I left teaching after five years to obtain a Master's degree in theatre and to, ultimately, enter the professional world. In 2014, I moved to London, England to study Theatre Directing at East 15 Acting School. Shortly after graduating from East 15, I moved to New York City to work in various professional settings. In 2018, I had the opportunity to assistant direct on a new Off-Broadway musical called BULLDOZER: The Ballad of Robert Moses (check it out, it’s on Spotify). After a few short years working professionally, I felt the call to return to the classroom, where I have rekindled my passion for teaching. This is my second year at Mesa High School and I feel so blessed to belong to such an amazing community.

Carry on and Arohanui!
