TITLE I

 Mesa Junior receives additional funding from the federal government to provide additional academic support to our students.  As a result, our school must meet the requrements of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) law.  NCLB requires that our school must make Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) by meeting the citeria for all indicators.  Through Title 1, we receive many benefits:

• Free and Reduced Lunches for our students
• Parent Educator to help assist our parents when on campus
• Additional Teacher funding to help reduce student numbers in the classroom
• Professional Development  and Curriculum Development to help our staff improve Student Achievement.
