|3.||Open the File menu, and choose
"Import and Export..."
|4.||Choose to "Export to a file", and click "Next".|
|5.||Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click "Next".|
|6.||Select the calendar you wish to export by finding it in the list of Outlook folders.|
|7.||Browse to a location to save your CSV file to. The Desktop is a good location. Click "Next".|
|8.||Verify the Export choices you have selected, and click "Finish".|
Part B: Import into MPSConnect
Before you import your calendar into MPSConnect, decide which MPSCalendar you will be importing your data into. Depending on how your keep your calendars organized, you may want to import into your primary MPSConnect calendar (email@example.com), import into another existing calendar, or create a new calendar. If you need help creating a calendar, see the help topic on Calendar creation.
Login to MPSConnect, and view your calendar.
If you are importing into a new calendar, click "Create" under "My Calendars" in the sidebar.
|2.||Under "Other Calendars' in the sidebar, choose "Add" and click "Import calendar".|
|3.||Browse your computer to locate and select the CSV file created by Outlook.|
|4.||Choose which MPSConnect calendar you will import this calendar into, and click "Import".|
Your Outlook calendar events will now appear in the MPSConnect calendar you chose to import into.
You may repeat this process multiple times for as many Outlook calendars as you wish to export.
