Option B paperwork is completed by students wishing to submit their service hours toward the
Honor.  All of these forms, as well as help and advice, are available from the school's service learning
coach (also listed on the web site).  Students must complete an application for each
service site, maintain a timecard, and give a reflection presentation in the spring. 
Please download the application and submit to the service learning coach for approval.
 
Option B activities have to be pre-approved by the
service learning coach before the hours may count toward the honor .
