PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITIES PLANNING TIME
Teachers meet every Wednesday (except on Late Start days) from 7:30 - 8:20 a.m. for team planning time. Classes begin at 8:30 a.m. on these days. Regular Ed buses will arrive at the normal time of 6:50 a.m. Special Ed buses arrive at approximately 7:40 a.m.
EARLY RELEASE FOR GRADING
All students will be released early on the following dates and times in order to allow time for teachers to complete student records and grade reports. Buses will arrive early on these dates to take students home.
October 5, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. (end of 1st quarter)
December 20, 2012 at 12:20 p.m. (4-6 hr; end of 1st semester)
December 21, 2012 at 12:20 p.m. (A-3 hr; end of 1st semester)
March 6, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. (end of 3rd quarter)
May 22, 2013 at 12:20 p.m. (A-3 hr; end of 2nd semester)
May 23, 2013 at 12:20 p.m. (4-6 hr; end of 2nd semester)
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAYS (LATE START)
The following four (4) dates are scheduled Professional Development meetings for all teachers. Classes begin at 10:00 a.m. on these days. Buses will pick up students three (3) hours later than normal.
