The Mountain View Toro Wrestling Team will compete this Friday and Saturday Feb 3-4 at Desert Vista HS in the AIA Division I Section III Wrestling State Qualifier.  Wrestlers that finish in the top 5 will guarantee their spot at next weeks State Championships.  6th place finishers may be a wildcard for the State Championships based on head to head competition and winning percentage.

Friday Feb 3rd  Bus Leaves at 10:00am,  skin checks 11:30am,  weighin 12:00pm 

           Wrestling starts at 2:00 pm until roughly 8:00pm

                    round 1 championship  roughly 2-4pm

                    round 2 Quaterfinals and consolation round 1 4-7pm

                    round 3  consolation round 2 7-8pm

Saturday Feb 4  Bus Leaves 6:30am, skin checks 7:45, Weigh In 8am, Wrestling starts at 10:00am

               Round 4 Semi-finals and consolation round 3 roughly 10am-12:30pm

               Round 5 Consolation Semi-finals roughly12:30-2:00pm

               Round 6 Medal Rounds and Finals roughly 2:30-4:30pm

The AIA Division I State Wrestling Championships will be held in Prescott Valley on Feb 10-11.  For more details go to www.aiaonline.org  The Mountain View Wrestling team will be staying at the Days Inn Hotel  in Prescott Valley. Leave time will be 6:00pm Thursday Feb 9.
