AIMS: A Graduation Requirement

FALL:  AIMS  &  ACT Plan

SPRING: AIMS / Stanford Testing

AIMS: FALL - October 

Who tests in the fall? All Juniors and Seniors who did not pass the AIMS test will retest in October. All Juniors who are trying to go from Meets to Exceeds and SIGNED UP in the Counseling Office by the end of September. 

On Tuesday, October 23rd, there will be a alternate bell schedule because of AIMS and ACT Plan Testing. All 11th and 12th graders who have not passed AIMS and all 10th graders will be required to come to school at 8:00am. 

School will start until 11:11am for all 9th graders and 11th and 12th graders who do not need to retake the AIMS.

  • October 24th -  Reading
  • October 25th - Math

All students who do not need to retake the AIMS (9th - 12th) will attend their regular schedule - normal bell schedule - on October 24th and 25th.

AIMS: SPRING - February & April

The first opportunity for Sophomores to take the AIMS test will be in February and April.  All students who have not passed the AIMS test will also need to retake the test. AIMS: Monday, February 25th, 2013 - Writing

AIMS: Tuesday, February 26th, 2013 - Reading

AIMS:  Tuesday, April 9th, 2013  - Math

STANFORD:  April 9th, 2013  (for all 9th graders)

AIMS:  Wednesday, April 10th, 2013 - Science

Juniors who are trying to improve their AIMS score for the High Honors Tuition Waiver(HHTW), may sign up in the Counseling Office to retake the Reading, Writing, and Math portions of the AIMS test. Come see Mrs. Cutler in the Counseling Office so we can order a copy of the AIMS test for you to retake. THE HHTW AIMS RETAKE IS FOR JUNIORS ONLY.
