Biography
This is my first year at Mountain View High School and I am really excited to be here. I graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Microbiology and Cell Science. After spending 15 years in the medical device industry I decided to quit and become a teacher. This will be my fourth year teaching, and I have never looked back. My goal is to inspire more students to pursue a career in the sciences – we need more scientists!
I lived in Florida and California until I moved to Arizona four years ago. When not in my classroom, I spend time with my husband, two kids and four stepkids. My hobbies include hiking, cooking, reading, and traveling.
