This my twenty-fourth year teaching Physical Education. I have taught at Taylor, Brimhall, and Skyline and at Mountain View Mountain.  I have been at Mountain View since 2005.  Currently I am coaching JV Baseball , Varsity Football here at Mountain View and help to direct the Strength Training Program.


I am the father of 7 awesome kids.  I have been happily married since 1991.

I have three grandchildren.

PE 76 Weight Training  Course curriculum    

Weight Training and conditioning is for the student or athlete desiring an intensified and structured weight training program. The emphasis is on various exercises accentuating strength, range of motion, and overall human performance.
