Bio:
Born and raised in Arizona, Myra attended high school on the Navajo reservation.  Upon graduation, she decided to pursue higher education at Arizona State University.  She enrolled in the Chemical Engineering program and later engaged herself completely in Chemistry. In recognition of her academic achievements, she has been named to ASU’s Dean’s List for several semesters.  Before serving as an instructional assistant with Mesa Public Schools, Myra completed an internship under David Wright and Dr. Michael McKelvy with the Science is Fun program at ASU.  Her interest and knowledge in science and math is ample, and she would like to assist others in accomplishing scholastic excellence. 
 
Area of specialization:
Emphasizes heavily on math, but can assist in other core subjects like English and science.
