Biography

Mrs. Gandomi has been a school nurse in Mesa School District since 1991.  She  became the school nurse for Patterson and Brinton in 2008-09 school year. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa and her Masters Degree in Social Studies from Southeastern Nova University. 

She initially chose Postpartum Nursing as her area of focus and worked  at Banner Desert for many years, even after she was working for MPS.  She team taught Lamaze Method of Childbirth with her husband. 

She feels the best part of school nursing is the educational component of her work.  Helping children understand how to care for their bodies is very rewarding.
