Accessing your 2015 W-2 (and previous years) Info & Pay Stub Information

Click on the “MPS Pay Portal” Button.


For current MPS employees with a District email address (Active Directory login): Use your District active directory sign in (in the Email field) and password in the fields on the left-hand side of the screen. Then you may either click on the “Login” button or just use the “Enter” key to login.  If you would like to download a copy of your available W-2 or pay stubs, click on the icon with the downward arrow and follow the prompts to save, view, and/or print it. Once you’ve finished using the MPS Pay Portal click on “My Account” on the top, right-hand side of the screen. Then click on “Logout.”

For former MPS employees OR current MPS employees without a District email address (Active Directory login): If this is your first time using the MPS Pay Portal, click on “Register.” You will need your Employee Identification Number (EIN). If you do not remember your EIN, please contact Payroll at (480) 472-0444 and a member of our staff can obtain that information for you. You will also need to create a password with at least eight (8) characters. Once you have successfully registered, click “Login Here.” Re-enter the email address and password you created to log in. You may either click on the “Login” button, or just use the “Enter” key to login. If you would like to download a copy of your available W-2 or pay stubs, click on the icon with the downward arrow and follow the prompts to save, view, and/or print it. Once you’ve finished using the MPS Pay Portal click on “My Account” on the top, right-hand side of the screen. Then click on “Logout.”

If you have forgotten your password for the MPS Pay Portal, from the Login/Register screen, click on “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts. You should then receive an email at the email address you provide in the request. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact the Payroll office at 480-472-0444 for assistance.
