POMEROY SCHOOL RULES:
1. Pomeroy students are SAFE
-All parents and visitors must check in at the office before going anywhere on campus.
-Leave unsafe or dangerous objects at home
-No skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, or wheeled shoes
-No bike riding on campus
-Do not throw objects that may harm others
-Use playground equipment appropriately and safely
-Fighting and profanity are prohibited
-No toys including electronic games and music devices
-No gum on campus and food is not allowed on the playground
2. Pomeroy students are RESPONSIBLE
-Come to school on time
-Be prepared to learn
-Have assignments complete for the day
-Leave school promptly
3. Pomeroy students are RESPECTFUL
-Respect each other: be kind and considerate
-Respect self: do your best each day
-Respect property: throw trash away, no defacing of property
-Respect environment: be careful around trees and plants
-Respect children: running and loud voices are reserved for the playground only
-Respect teachers and other adults: listen to all adults on campus

Backpack or bookbag, 2 dry erase markers, 1 zipper pouch, Yellow #2 pencils, 6 glue sticks (Elmer's only please), Crayons (no more than 24), Fiskar child-size pointed scissors, 1 pocket folder, 1 large box of tussues to share with the classroom, a light sweater or jacket to leave at school (PUT YOUR CHILD'S NAME IN IT!!!), a daily water bottle with a closable lid. |

Standard, stury 3-ring notebook, 5 notebook dividers (pockets, no prongs...preferably yellow, red, blue, green, and orange), Wide-rule spiral notebook, Pencil pouch for 3-ring notebook, Box of crayons, colored pencils, or markers, Expo dry erase markers, Old sock or washcloth (for the whiteboard), Small school supply box, Scissors, 2-3 pencils and erasers, Glue stick or glue, Red pen, Box of Kleenex to share. MOST IMPORTANTLY...a thirst for knowledge, a positive attitude, and a smile!

Ms. Bartlett's class: One 1 1/2 inch 3-ring binder, 5 pack of dividers, Notebook paper (hole-punched), 2 spiral notebooks, Pencil pouch, Yellow #2 pencils (NO printed or mechanical pencils please!), School supply box, Glue stick, Markers, Crayons or colored pencils, Scissors, Daily water bottle, Box of Kleenex, and a SMILE!
Ms. Heidemann's class: 1 water bottle with a closable lid to prevent spills and an old sock or plastic lid to absorb condensation. Students are encouraged to bring water, especially during hot weather. IT MUST CONTAIN WATER! Student supplies are provided by the school. This year, I would like to work on a sense of interdependence and community within my classroom. I fyou choose to send the following items, please understand that they will be used by all members of the class...Plain yellow #2 pencils, Large box of Kleenex, Markers, crayons, or colored pencils. DO NOT SEND A BACKPACK TO SCHOOL. Students will be given a "Daily Work Folder" and a "Take Home Folder" instead. Do not send a pencil pouch or school box. Also, NO candy, gum, or anything else that is not needed for class. Please keep any and all objects at home that may be a distraction to the learning of your child or any other member of the class.

A good book to read, 3-ring binder with pocket dividers (NO Trapper Keepers), Colored markers, #2 pencils with an eraser, Ruled notebook paper (not spiral-bound), Box of Kleenex, Glue stick, Scissors, 2 steno notebookds, Pencil pouch, and colored pencils. Don't forget a smile, respect, and a good attitude!

Suggested supply list:
Mrs. Bourdo (K Autism): Backpack, change of clothes, pencil box, toothbrush and favorite toothpaste, pull-ups and wipes if applicable. In addition, the following items/suggested materials would be very helpful to have in the classroom. Of course, these are not requirements and are only suggestions for donation. Box of kleenex, hand sanitizer, unscented, dye-free baby lotion for sensory, napkins/paper towels, large containers of bubbles solution, shaving cream, surface sanitizing wipes, developmentally appropriate and exciting games, velcro, pencils, play-doh, colored pencils, washable markers. If there is anything that is not on this list and you feel it is important in our class, please feel free to add.
