Arizona law requires that all students be current on immunizations in order to attend school. Please pay special attention to the IMMUNIZATION NOTICE section at the top of your student's Required Emergency & Registration Information Form. If it indicates that an immunization is REQUIRED, please attend to this immediately and provide documented proof when retuning your completed Mail-In Registration Packet.

Beginning August 2007, changes to the Arizona Immunization Law will take effect. All students age 11 years and older who have not had a tetanus booster shot within the last five (5) years MUST have the new Tdap immunization before they will be allowed to attend classes.
