One hundred percent of tuition and miscellaneous fees for MPS Professional Development will be refunded for fall and spring courses if the course is dropped online and the Professional Development Department receives a phone call or email two or more working days prior to the first class session.
Fifty percent of tuition only will be refunded if the call or email to drop is received within the two working days mentioned above or prior to the second class session. If the Professional Development Department is closed, as during a Friday/Saturday course, the participant must notify the instructor in writing of the drop and leave a message with the Professional Development Department by calling 472.0388.
No refunds will be given after the second class session has met. Participants who fail to attend without withdrawing (no-shows) will not receive a refund. Appeal is available if there are extenuating and/or emergency circumstances.
The Summer Institute registration fees will not be refunded unless Professional Development cancels a course.
