MPS has moved its bidder registration site to the AZPurchasing website. To become a registered prospective bidder and be notified of open Invitations to Bid, Requests for Proposal and Requests for Qualifications, please complete the registration at:
An IRS W-9 form is required from all firms prior to the issuance of a District Purchase Order. It is not necessary to have this form completed and on file in order to receive bid opportunities. The completed form is only required prior to the issuance of a Purchase Order. Visit our "Vendor Set Up" page to submit your W-9 information.
