Welcome to Rhodes Junior High School!

New student registration:

We are looking forward to having your child attend our school. In order to expedite the registration process, the following information and paperwork must be provided. In addition, please be aware that your child will need to be tested in math and reading prior to having a schedule made (allow 1-2 hours for testing).

1. ONE PROOF OF RESIDENCY (i.e., SRP, utility or telephone bill in your name with your permanent address)

2. CERTIFIED COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE

3. IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

4. A WITHDRAWAL FORM from previous school AND if possible, a copy of a current REPORT CARD and/or AIMS, IOWA/STANFORD test scores from previous school.

5. Has your child been suspended or expelled from another school?

6. Is your child currently in any Special Education program? If so, an appointment must be made with our school psychologist at 480-472-2311, before a schedule can be made. Also, you will need to have a current IEP and psychological evaluation available.

**IMPORTANT** Registration packet information must be completed and brought in to the Rhodes office with the documentation noted. Mail-in registrations for new students will not be accepted. Bring all requested documents and forms.

Obtain Open Enrollment Information and Forms
(Important: Open Enrollment Forms are due to the Rhodes Office per the posted deadlines. Any 9th grade student that is on open enrollment at Rhodes and wants to attend Dobson High School on Open Enrollment status must submit an application to Dobson per the posted deadlines.)
