Student Uniforms

In order to create a positive school climate of respect for self and others, maintain a safe and orderly environment, and foster a higher standard of behavior, academics, and citizenship the following dress code has been implemented and will be enforced during the school day.

Tops: green polo shirts

Pants/Shorts: khaki colored, without cargo pockets. They must reach to the                          student's fingertips and be fixed at the waist.

Other: student's ID card & agenda

Items that may not be worn include:

• Chains
• Advertises inappropriate content related to drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or gangs.
• Trench coats
• Head coverings
• Costumes and sleepwear

The dress code is also provided during intake and is in addition to the existing MPS dress standards, see Student Handbook.
