My name is Carlos Alvarado and this school year will mark my thirteenth year of service with Mesa Public Schools.  Once again, I will have the privilege of serving as the administrator for the 9th grade class!  Go Red Mountain High School Class of 2016!!!  It will be my endeavor to encourage all of our freshmen to approach the next 3 semesters with purpose so that they can realize their graduation and eventual career goals.  

I am an Arizona native and a proud graduate of Carl Hayden High School, Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University.  As a teacher, I taught Principal Picturesocial studies.  As a coach, I coached high school basketball and junior high basketball and baseball.  

In closing, I want to thank you for making Red Mountain High School your school of choice for the 2012 - 2013 school year.  I look forward to another great year at Red Mountain High School!
