Having trouble with your personal device? Follow the steps below to ensure an easy process for getting your device taken care of in a timely and efficient manner:
1. Visit the Red Mountain homepage and select the "Blended Learning" button.
2. Select the button that says "Device Troubleshooting."
3. Read through the scenarios and try to the steps to fix their specific error. (Usually this will fix it.
4. If this still has not resolved the issue, submit a work order request using the "Request Tech Support" button.
5. If the issue is an emergency, send them to the Media Center. If it is a software issue, Beth and I will come to your class to check it out.
