PP67S Consumer Math

Overview

This course provides instruction based on the Arizona Alternate Academics Standards for Math. Instruction will focus on basic math skills and provide an opportunity for application of skills within the school environment. Emphasis may include measurement, ordinal numbers, problem solving, and using graphs to solve problems for independent living. Individual and small group instruction.

Behavior

Students are expected to follow all campus and district policies as outlined in the student handbook/planner. Dress code and conduct standards are set  so that all students learn to be part of the Red Mountain community and gain skills necessary to transition from high school.

In addition, I ask that all students try their best, be clean, be kind and be supportive of each other. Our mission is to create a safe learning environment where students and staff can learn from each other and feel safe to take risks!
