SRP could really encourage the use of turning OFF of lights by increasing the companies cost, which would encourage less use of electricity,

as most Small business owners, home owners and renters must do.

Or SRP could place SOLAR PANELS on school roofs and partially remove the schools from the grid. These SOLAR PANELS would be a permanent electricity generator(especially in the summer) and an aid to the TAXPAYER.

But when you have a monopoly, you can do as you wish  !!!!
