Biography: Yes that is the correct spelling, I always said my mother couldn't spell

Michael......but oh well it's French!!

This 2020-2021 will be my 38th year teaching in special education in Warren, Somonauk, Sandwich, Illinois; Long Beach, California; Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota; and Mesa, AZ -Dobson HS 2017-2019 & Red Mountain 2019-Present.

I graduated with a BA + 40 Semester hours from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois with a Specific Learning Disabilites K-12 and Elementary Education K-8 certificate;  Northern Illinois University in Illinois with a Social Emotional Disorders certificate K-12, and University of Minnesota-St. Paul Campus for a special education certificate in Work Experience licensure grades 9-12.  I am now licensed in the State of Arizona.

I worked part-time for what is currently known as DGS (Delta Global Services) Delta Airlines as a gate agent and was awarded Employee of the Year in 2011 from Regional Elite Airlines a subsidiary of Delta- this part time job lasted 7 years and I LOVE to travel everywhere and still do.

I have been married 9 years to Jennifer Wolf, and I have 2 stepsons- Trenton (deceased at age 16 would be 30 now); Austin- age 28; and two son's- Connor-age 20; and Bryce-age 14.

I have two dog's Khloe- age 3 plus years, Charlie- age 20 plus, and Smokie- age 6 months.

I feel like another 4-5 years more of teaching left to go, but who knows anymore......right?

I would eventually like to learn how to fly a Cessna prop plane and open a business when I retire from teaching or go back to work for the airlines working the ramp.
