I am a native of Arizona, born in Phoenix and grew up in Mesa. I fell in love with French during high school. I received a B.A. in French from ASU and a minor degree in Political Science, as well as three years of Italian language study. I have traveled extensively and lived with different French families.
I received a Post-Baccalaureate Teaching Certificate from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Education degree from ASU in Secondary Curriculum and Instruction. This is my eleventh year teaching for Mesa Public Schools. I am very proud to be here at Red Mountain and look forward to working with the great students, parents, and faculty.
I have three wonderful children, ages 17, 14 and 10. In February 2010, I realized one of my life-long dreams by attending Mardi Gras in New Orleans, and recently chaperoned students on a home-stay trip to France!
Laissez les bons temps rouler!
