Teaching Experience
I have taught 9th grade science at Red Mountain since 2011.
I taught 8th grade science at Carson Jr. High 2007-2011.
Industry Experience:
I was a Chemical Laboratory Technician for 15 years prior to teaching. I have many "real life" experiences to share.
Education:
I graduated with a BA in Education in 2006 from Arizona State University and am completing my MA in Curriculum & Instruction in Science Education at ASU.
My Family
I have lived in Arizona since 1989. I am originally from northern California.
My husband, also a high school teacher, and I have six children and eleven grandchildren. All six of our children graduated from Mesa Public Schools.
