Celebrating 20 years of Education Excellence in Mesa
Why choose RMRE for your child?
Red Mountain Ranch (RMRE) is located in the Red Mountain Ranch
Community in northeast Mesa. Since 1994, RMRE has provided a quality
comprehensive education for students in grades K - 6. Our mission
is Everyone Learning, Every Day. We are in the business of ensuring that
learning occurs, every day for every student. The staff collaborates to plan,
teach and monitor the learning of each student.
Gifted students in grades 3 – 6 are placed in academically rigorous math and/or reading classes that are team taught by the gifted specialist teacher and the classroom teacher. Students in need of additional support for learning are taught by a team that includes the classroom teacher and the special education teacher.
RMRE students have opportunities to learn beyond the formal academics. Students participate in art, physical education, music, media center, and computer classes. Students can learn leadership and service through participation in Student Council and National Honor Society. For students who like competition, they can participate in Battle of the Books, Math Challengers Club, write for VOICES contests, have student authored stories published for our library, compete in the Invention Convention, audition to play with the Mesa Youth Orchestra at the Mesa Arts Center, or audition to perform in the annual RMRE Talent Show. After school enrichment classes in a variety of interests such as chess and keyboarding are offered throughout the year.
RMRE offers convenient and safe child care right on campus from 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM every day through Kid's Corner. Families are also invited to fun family events throughout the year sponsored by the RMRE Parent Teacher Council (PTC).
RMRE teachers have long enjoyed
excellent rapport with both parents and students. They create a strong sense of
community at every grade level to support the students. The teachers and staff
are dedicated to ensuring that every student is well prepared to meet academic,
personal and social challenges and opportunities.
