Early Kindergarten Registration for the 2017-2018 school year begins January 23, 2017.
Students must be at least 5 years old on or before August 31, 2017 to pre-register for school that begins August 9, 2017. Documents required at pre-registration are;

*Certified Birth Certificate
*Current Immunization records
*Address verification
*Photo identification of Parent

Kindergarten students for the 2016-2017 school year must be at least 5 years of age on or before Aug 31, 2016.
Programs through Mesa Public Schools are available for younger students.

New Student Registration Information -

You must contact the school your student is transferring from in advance and withdraw them before you can enroll them in another school. You can find the correct school to register your student in based on school boundaries at http://www.mpsaz.org/schools/locator

Please bring the following documents with you to register your student:

1.Address verification - in parents name with current address
2.Certified Birth Certificate 
3.Current immunization record
4.Withdraw form from school most recently attended
5.Most recent report card and/or State Test scores 
6.Enrolling parent should also provide photo identification

You must have your documents with you to register.

If you are intending to obtain your documents from a former school that is not a Mesa Public School, those documents must be received before registration can be completed. Please contact the former school/district office in advance to find the best way to obtain documents.

Attendance -
Please call the school before 7:45 a.m. to excuse your child's absence. You may email me to excuse your student as well. All absences must be excused by a legal parent or guardian within 24 hours of absence, or with a Doctor note upon return to school. Always bring a Doctor note showing your child was seen when taken to an appointment for notation in their attendance records.
