Biography & Background

This is my first year teaching! I graduated in May 2021 with my bachelor's in Music Education, and I student taught first here in Mesa at Holmes and Lehi Elementary, and second at Marcos de Niza High School. This year I will teaching orchestra both at Mendoza Elementary (Go Pups!) and Shepherd Junior High (Stallion Pride!).

I've played cello for 12 years, and through the course of my career I've learned violin, viola, bass, and saxophone. I am currently learning trumpet and piano! Music is my passion, and I love to share it with others. I am so excited to be teaching orchestra, and I am looking forward to a great year with all of my students!

Hobbies & Interests

When I'm not playing music or teaching, I love to read, play board games, watch TV, and play video games! I also love to cook and bake, as well as play sports. I played softball for a long time when I was younger, and I love to get games together with my friends once in a while. I also love to travel, especially to New York to visit my sister!
