About Miss Sherry:

Personal Picture

Hello and welcome to sixth grade English Language Arts and Social Studies! I am so excited to learn and grow with you this year. Here are a few things about myself to help you get to know me better: I grew up in Mesa, Arizona and even was a student in Mesa Public Schools myself! I stayed in Arizona for college and graduated from Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils!). I love reading, painting, and listening to music in my free time. You will rarely ever see me without a cup of coffee or tea nearby and I will always have an awesome new book to recommend to you!

I will update you on what your student will be learning and what assignments will be due through Class Dojo. I always try my best to give you and your student plenty of notice when there are any big assignments or important due dates. Please email or call me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your child or their classwork, or opt to use our Class Dojo account (you will get the quickest response via Dojo). I am happy to talk to you about how we can make it a successful year for your student!
