Deca is an organization for students to develop their leadership skills, explore careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, management and business ownership, and compete for awards and scholarships!  We prepare you for competition which consists primarily of a business challenge role play and a test (don’t worry, we give you the materials to study for that!)

LEADERSHIP opportunities!  We attend conferences and competitions to prepare you for the real world of leadership and life after high school!

TRAVEL – Conferences and competitions held at Mesa Community College, downtown Phoenix and internationals this year will be held in Orlando, Florida!

FUN! – Parties!  Also, we reach out to the community through various activities (earn service learning hours) – this year we will be hosting a 5K in the spring!
